Create Transfer Posting on Delivery PGI

Hello,

I have scenario where I have consignment fill up order with a plant on the line item. At PGI on the delivery I need to trigger a transfer posting to move that consigned inventory to the corresponding consignment plant. What customizing place/user exit on the delivery PGI (VL01N/VL02N) would be appropriate to create the transfer posting? I am thinking it will have to be after the PGI is committed in order for the inventory to be available for the transfer posting.
