Hi Experts,

We have requirement to consider if the event has occurred on holiday, if it is then it should be charged additional 10% on the base amount. Can you please advice how can be maintain factory calendar for a specific country.

Hi Archana,

Here's the documentation about how to retrieve the current list of public holidays and set a new one (all this is based upon an XML file that can be exported and imported using Core tool):

When you open the exported XML file, you will see several examples of holiday definitions (some have a fixed date, some occur on the third Friday of a given month, etc.).

Once your public holidays are defined, your price plans can use them in one of two components:

Also, you can classify your public holidays by country. This is used only in Core tool, in order to help you enable only the ones you want, while defining a pricing logic (e.g. if that pricing logic affects only a specific location).
