Hello Everyone,

Dispatcher stopped working,

Please find the R3trans log,

C:\Users\XXXX>R3trans -d
This is R3trans version 6.26 (release 749 - 14.02.17 - 20:17:01).
unicode enabled version
2EETW169 no connect possible: "DBMS = SYBASE --- "
R3trans finished (0012).

Can anyone help on this issue.

Hello Dinesh,

Your question is not related to Extended Warehouse Management (EWM), so I have removed that tag. Also, the custom user tag "sap basis administrator" is essentially duplicative of your chosen primary tag "Basis Technology," so I removed that too.

After executing R3trans -d there should be a file called trans.log created in the pwd. You may check or supply that file to see where the problem is. Have you made any changes to the system prior to this? Is the database up and running.

Hi Dinesh.

Thanks for your log, have you check the database service running fine? & changed the DB password?

SS

Hello SS,

Thanks for replying, am able to manage and fix the issue.

1. Syslog utilization was high and archived log.

2. DB Schema has changed from SAPSR3 to SAPSR3D, which has been reverted with

" rsecssfx put DB_CONNECT/DEFAULT_DB_USER SAPSR3 –plain " and SAP started working.

Hi Dinesh.

1. Check the free disk space in Database folders.

2. Could you share the full log as attachment?
