SAP Data Hub 2.5(trail) CAL instance is not accessible after activated from suspend state

Hello All -

We recently created an SAP Data Hub 2.5(trial) instance in SAP CAL and AWS is the provider. The instance has been suspended 1 day before and Activated today, now we are not able to access the instance and getting below info...

(Also, there is another observation regarding activating the instance.. Every time CAL instance is creating new AWS instances(nodes) and old instances are getting terminated.)

503 Service Temporarily Unavailable

nginx/1.15.8

Below is the response from Kubernates Cluster Master IP...

    Hi Manesh,

the solution instance looks ok from our end (as far as we can see).

What happens when you suspend and activate again?

    Cheers

    Hi again,

we applied a fix and this is available for all newly created solution instances (there is no (easy) way to recover old ones).

The basic problem was that under certain (non-deterministic) circumstances we were not able to mount back persistent disks created prior to suspension. With the fix we spin up the cluster slightly differently and can avoid the issue.

Please terminate your solution instance (if not done already) and create a new one. Thanks.

    Best regards
    Thorsten
