How can I make Authorization in Project builder per user?

Hey all,

I’m trying to make authorization per project in project builder “ CJ20N”

I tried to make it throw access control list in

SE38–> RPSACL_MINGRATE and activate access control list for each project and the add the authorization to each user as admin but that doesn’t work

Anyone can help

It is not clear what you are trying to accomplish.

Are you trying to activate ACL on existing projects where it is not active? Did you just configure ACL? Is ACL working on new projects?

Did you first analyze the objects already present for the transaction CJ20n with SU24 ?

I have tried to make authorization for users per plant and by user who created the project.

but that doesn't work with my case.

what I need to do to make group of user authorized to change in the project and the rest are not.

so I tried to do it throw ACL.

I checked the configuration and it is configure on WBS and not Configure in the Network.

Is that doable?

Hey Haitaham,

ACL will work both for WBS and Network. Check the configuration of respective Network Profile associated with Project profile, may be ACL was deactivated or may be you are working on old project ( Means Configuration change of Network Profile done after project creation ) , will never impact on existing project.

If you have just activated and configured ACL it will only work on new projects.

What are you seeing?

I tried But I didn't find the Object responsible of Project coding or project definition.
