Connect to node.js server on SCP with specific port

Dear experts,

when developing on the HANA DB writing node.js apps that listen on certain ports is no problem at all. In case of doubt the firewall ports must be opened for this app.

Now how can the same be achieved on SCP? E.g. an application that accepts socket connections (tcp) on port 12345? Or any other protocol handled by the server app. On GCP I would open the according port but on SCP? I suppose this can't be achieved via SAP Cloud Connector?
