Dead line monitoring for Project stock

Dear Gurus,

I have a scenario in which I have automated the deadline monitoring for Retest and expiry batches through automated deadline monitoring of batches with QA05.

My expired batches now get restricted. However the Project stock that gets expired does not get affected by this program.

What can we do to bring the stock under purview of deadline monitoring?

Hello,

Special stock is not considered in QA07/QA05 deadline monitoring of batches . Report RQAAAS10 does not support project stock.

Refer SAP note 2533694 - "No batches have been found for processing" in QA07

You need to copy the program and modify it for your use.

Or check BAdI BIC_FOLLOW_UP_ACTION method PASS_BATCHES_FOR_ACTION

Hi Tushar,

Requesting your guidance on key points on the development of the program.

We are in Project implementation, as per business study got requirement from client as they have project stock Q in R& D plants along with regular stock types.

We have one ref program which considered HU stock for one of project, we are modifying the same for Project stock consideration.

Please suggest the important points to be considered on the development.

Hello Both Rupesh & Ramakrishna.

We have copy program & develop Z transaction every thing is working fine stock moved in Quality & 09* inspection lot generated.

but now we are facing problem in QA11 system not allowed to stock posting deficit stock error coming.

please help how to resolved deficit stock error any customization required?
