Adding a destination in SAP cloud platform cockpit : "Response returned: "404: Not Found" error.

I generated a service URL in SAP Data hub which contains a JSON text that I want to display in my UI in Web IDE. When I enter the URL in my browser as well as Postman, there is no issue and I can see the JSON. But, when I enter the destination in SAP Cloud platfom cockpit I get an error :

"Connection to "aaaa" established. Response returned: "404: Not Found" error.

What is the solution?

Where is your SAP Data Hub located? In the internet or on premise? If it's onprem you need a Cloud Connector.

gregorw it's in the internet, AWS cloud.

saminpayro22 but is it also reachable via the Internet? Your computer might be in an VPN to the AWS network.

gregorw yes it's reachable via Internet. I don't have a VPN to the AWS network.
