Hi,
Looking in to start doing some cleanup in our archiving system, for transnational data objects that have past the retention period, e.g. old archived IDOCs.
However I can't find any traces of these in the TOA* tables so not really sure how to go about deleting these.
Is there a best practice for deleting transnational objects that have been archived? and also I would need to know how to retrieve the id's for the archived "batches" so that I can get these deleted in our archiving system as well.
Br,
Jonas
Found the answer myself after some digging.
The archive id for files archived through the ADK (not GOS documents) is stored in the table ADMI_FILES also the name for the Archive file which can be seen in SARA.

Dear Jonas,
Please check archiving object ARCHIVELNK for example. If it does not contain all the tables you'd like to archive, try searching for another archiving object via transaction DB15.

Máté

Thanks for your reply but this is not really what I'm looking for. We already have archived all the needed objects and now looking into to start deleting the archive objects where the retention period has come to an end.
So need to know how to delete the archived data + also where the technical archive id is stored for these as they doesn't seem to be in the TOA* tables as it is for e.g. stored business documents
