Is it possible to send approval notification to multiple approvers in signle step approval process?

Dear Community,

We have requirement to send approval notifications to multiple employees i.e any of them can approve.

Is it possible to send approval request to multiple employees in single step approval process?

Hello Sujata,

In Approval conditions, One of the option is to select All Approvals required (I.e if this check box is flagged, All the responsible determined in this step has to approve) So Keep this check box untick. Which means any one of the responsible can approve the task and will move on to next step in approval if any.

For the notification, Each user can subscribe to the task, so that they also receive the email notification when there is a new task created.. these options are available in Byd Standard functionality. so I am not sure if you want to use this or you need same functionality from the application studio. (Since you have tagged cloud application studio community).
