HI,
401 error is generally produced when Target Application is unable to authenticate you. This could be due to 2 factor:
1. Either you are not passing correct credentials of the middle ware from ECC. (Most Likely). Check via SM59 connection test if you are able to ping the middle ware server or not.
2. Or your middle ware user is not having sufficient authorization.
