Incoterms determined from customer master

Hi!

Unable to find the solution for the below :

I need to be able to fulfill a customer requirement wherein Incoterms in the sales document header is not allowed to be different from the item. Where do I tweak the system to fulfill the requirement

i read that the answer lies in the item category configuration .. but where ??

This is the Business Item checkbox in VOV7.

You could have found the answer by yourself easily if you went through all options in VOV7 and read the F1 help.
