Hi Murugesan,
Yes this is possible. To achieve this, all of users must follow this core user. If a user (lets say his name is Mike) wants to follow another user (lets call her Michelle), Mike should open the profile of Michelle and must click on the RSS sign which can be found on top right corner of screen to follow. Once Mike start to follow Michelle, Mike can see all the feeds from Michelle.
As an example, I've followed my test profile in the test tenant for you. Please take a look.
