ME5A is report for purchase requisition list, not report for stock.
So, you must create enhancement of MEREP_OUTTAB_EBAN structure table for get total stock value in ME5A. For detail information, please see blog: Enhance purchasing reports with new fields
That blog give information about enhancement of PO report, but the same method can apply for PR report (with MEREP_OUTTAB_EBAN structure table).
