Calculate scorecard utility issue in information steward

Hi All,

The calculate scorecard utility did not run for 4 days so all scorecards has missing trend data on those days. Our question is

1) how can we get the past dated scores data?

2) how can this be avoided in future and make sure utility runs everday?
