EPM Add-In - EPMContextmember filter behaviour changed in SP34?

Dear experts,

I'm thinking that the behaviour of EPMContextmember filters changed or if I discovered a bug. I can reproduce this since SP34 till SP35 P1 on different BPC systems.

When using a filter, I still see the hierarchy view and I'm able to select a wrong member, once I switch to list view, I see the correct filter applied. See screenshots attached:

What do you think about that? Is there any way to force the user to have "list view" as standard? Because right now it's opening always in hierarchy mode first.
