Your action is wrong because of using doublepoints as speparators for the package path elements. If you wanna address function "My_table" within the "EJERXS.xsjs" file in package ODSLayer.PPROYECTO.ZPROJECTOBORRRAR you should do this like following:

...
"action": "ODSLAYER.PPROYECTO.ZPROJECTOBORRAR:EJERXS.xsjs::My_table"
...
