Customer Management Opportunity to Quotation to Sales Order

Hi,

I'm working on S4 HANA 1809 system - Customer Management Module.

I'm trying to create a sales quotation/order with reference to opportunity but system is showing the values blank in transaction type when using follow-up document function.

Even when i'm trying to create it maually as well, even then system is showing transaction type as blank in CRM_UI.

i tried looking into everything, starting from Transaction types for copy controls but still no luck.

Please let me know if anyone of you have a solution for this.

I'm having the same issue. Tried to look over all the configurations in the relevant parts but still no clue. Please help.
