SAP ME / MII system health checks and monitoring

As a requirement, I am seeking seamless performance or to mitigate performance issues of SAP ME/MII applications, server and instances,

- what are options to automate this process to check system health, performance monitoring and resolve ? i am aware there is Dynatrace like options available, are there any more ?

- Is it possible or currently available automated bots which can boost the performance / system health of SAP ME, MII ?

- is it possible to automate this with ITSM applications ?
