Analysis for office excel not displaying list of values in prompt screen

Hi All,

Analysis for office excel not displaying list of values in prompt screen. This is user specific, for some users it is displaying list of values. All users are using same version of Analysis for office.

Analysis version: 2.7.401.87606

Source: Bex query

In Bex Analyzer and in RSRT prompts are working fine. Also working fine for some users in Analysis for office.
