Wondering if this has already been implemented,
There is a large amount of time spent by CSM's navigating sites and pulling information relating to their customer's specific needs - hours upon hours.
After discussing with colleagues, I'm wondering if there is a way to set up alerts for specific pages within the Help Portal, Community, Blog sites etc - similar to that of Google Alerts. Where you simply check which items you'd be notified of regarding new posts. We have this feature within Jam, is it available with our other sites & would we be able to consolidate these findings into one email? (keeping inbox flooding in mind)
Or..
We were thinking of a potential Fiori tile that might be able to track API's and automatically pull these internal postings into a filterable dashboard. However, I lack the how-to knowledge to do this.
