I have a requeriment from my customer, they want to reset Administrator password, I have another admin account so we can perform the activity from CMC but can I change the password? Would there be an impact?
Hi Carmen,
Since you’re logging to CMC and changing the password of Administrator using the CMC (as you would do for any other Enterprise account) there is no problem.
Only if you have some custom app that connects to the CMC with administrator credentials (in that case you should update them)
