Disable Field POST on output screen of MR11 for few users

Hello Everyone,

I tried Transaction Variant to disable the field POST on Output Screen of MR11 but it's not working, not able to disable the field. Please advise

Is there any other option to disable the field POST on MR11 other than enhancing the report, we want to disable the field for few of the users not all.
