Hi,
We have a scenario , where same email id is assigned to more than one contact id (2 contacts). when we create a interaction with origin as email and id as email id. In marketing the interaction is created but the interaction is not visible in both the contacts. When i track the interaction i am able to see the contact in manage contact data as anonymous customer but they are not visible in Segmentation. i am able to see other anonymous customers but not these contact.
What is the reason i am not able to see in the segmentation ? even i am not able to search in contacts app. i have used all accounts and contact segmentation profile in segmentation.

Hi,
Probably the segmentation datasource has a filter that does not include container contacts.
