CR in MDG routing to Wrong User

Hi,

While using Change Material Change request, the change request is being routed to a user who is not maintained in the role. Also, email notification is sent to the user for approval. Can anyone help on this?

Hi Vinay HC,

Check if any user substitutions are configured to actual user with wrong user or see if any custom logic is coded in dynamic agent badi's
