Implementation RACI matrix SAP Sales/Service Cloud

Dear Community,

I am in need of an implementation RACI matrix for SAP Sales/Service Cloud based on the SAP Activate Cloud methodology, I can't find it anywhere on partner ressources. Could you please help ?
