EPM LINK EPMPATH LINK DOESN'T WORK IN SAP BPC NW 11 (DOESN'T OPEN THE REPORT LINKED)

Hi all,

I need to link in a report another report with specific parameters.

I built a similar report in SPA BPC 7.5 MS using EVHOT function and it works correctly.

I’m trying to do the report using epm functions.

I saved the report that i would open with EPMLINK or EMPLINKPATH in the folder templates under reports.

In tried to open the file putting in the user option\display\workbook location both options, but the link doesn’t not work. In particular when I choose:

• Local: the error is “Workbook is already opened: bkd_by_entity.xlsm”

In the log:

ERROR|EVFunctions|FPMXLClient.TechnicalCategory.EPMLinkCallBack|bgp01|||||1|Workbook is already opened: bkd_by_entity.xlsm#

• Server: the error is: “Workbook does not exist: C:\Users\Chiara.Alfieri\Documents\PC_NW\chiara.alfieri\AppInfo\DEMO_CONSO\AQFC\eEXCEL\Reports\Wizard\bkd_by_entity.xlsm”

In the log:

In SAP BPC 7.5 MS, the templates were downloaded under personal folder of the user, now I didn’t find nothing under the personal folder.

Could you help me about this issue?

I fixed this issue using epmlinkpath and putting the path in which I saved the report to open.

In the user option put he flag on the server.
