How to become SAP HR experts?

Hello SAP HCM experts,

My name is Sudhir living in Australia, working as an IT Recruitment Consultant for more than 13 years and I have decided to change my career to SAP HR consultant.

My background: I have never used the SAP platform in my past and have only google knowledge about how to become SAP HR.

Since I know WHAT I want to become, but unsure about How or different steps/certification I need to obtain. I am keen to hear some inputs or suggestion on how to become an SAP HR consultant from industry experts.
