Hi Experts,
I have a requirement for visit reports. The visits should be visible for the user if he/she is employee responsible (owner) of the visit and also if the user is an attendee of the visit.
I have created a data source with joining (left outer join) Visit header + appointment involved parties. The selection has characteristics called Party Role and Party.
In Party role I have chosen- Attendee and Employee responsible. However, there is no relative selection for the party role characteristic. And I am not able to achieve the desired result.
If I select 'employee- my user name' (relative selection) in the 'Employee responsible for visit' characteristic then only the visits for which the user is employee responsible are visible, not the visits for which the user is only an attendee.
Also the only way I could find to achieve this is by selecting BP ID of the user in the selection for the 'Party' characteristic, this will not solve the problem as we will have to create a visit report for each user.
Is there any way to achieve this?
