how to reset password for id manager without any other super user id in SAP 9.0

Hi All,

In case no one remember the password for id manager, and there are no other super user id, is there any way to reset the manager password?

I dont want to use back door by overwrite the manager data at sql level, as this will avoid SAP warranty contract.

Or is it only SAP support can help reset the password?

Idle way is to inform your partner to raise support ticket to SAP.

Then SAP will assist you on this issue.

if you know any user password, you can copy paste to manager password in OSUR table. I don't know if it's a problem for SAP, but this solution works.

Yes, for test db, i use that way, and its can work.

For Live db, worried void sap warranty contract.

i will send to SAP support to get their help, thanks again for your reply.
