Where to define e-mail categories in SAP Sales Cloud?

Dear SAP experts,

I tried to find a way to customize the default e-mail categories in SAP Sales Cloud. But there is no opportunity to change the default entries of the category field (in fine-tuning activity list).

Anyone a idea, where I can manage this?

Hello Lukas,

You have to follow the steps given below to add the custom e-mail categories.

1. Go to Business Configuration -> Overview
2. Search for the fine tune activity Activities
3. Under Categories, click on Maintain Categories
4. Click on Add Row and add your custom category
5. Save the changes and close
6. Next, go to Assign Categories under Assignment of Categories
7. In the Available Activity Types, select 39 - E-Mail
8. Now, in Available Categories for E-Mail, click on Add Row
9. Add your custom E-Mail Category
10. Save and Close.

Now if you go to the E-Mail, you will be able to add your custom category.
