No service found for namespace /IWFND/ Gateway System component is 740

Hi Experts,

We have a requirement where we need to expose the backend gateway OData services using API management and to be consumed by Customer Portal.

When we tried to create API proxy using our Gateway sandbox, received following error “No service found for namespace /IWFND/”. And found an OSS note 2372333 for this error. But This note is for SAP Gateway Component 750 and 751. But our SAP Gateway system component is 740.

So we need to know what are the system pre-requisites for the integration API management with on premise Gateway.

Kindly suggest to fix the issue from gateway side. Thanks in advance.

co-deployment has been introduced only as of 750.

Can you provide more details on the error message that can be found in the error log?

What was the service call that caused the error?

To include API Management colleagues I suggest to add appropriate key words.

Hi Andre,

issue is resolved now. I have added “ServiceCollection” to the URL and now I can see oData services in API Portal from our Gateway sandbox.

But, i want to know which out of the box OData service needs to be used for fetching Customer Master data ? We are using backend ECC Version 6.O. Do we need to install additional components in the system or in gateway its preinstalled ? If yes, Can you let me know how ?
