Why does it takes so long transport a flavor through systems?

Hi there,

We have been working in a flavor which currently takes more than an hour to transport beetween systems in SAP, the flavor has different elements such as theme, a lot of versions, images, some scripts and elements hidden.

In our systems we have the Screen Personas support package 06 but we're planning to upgrade to support package 08.

I would like to know if there's a way to improve the time that it takes to transport the changes? I'm aware of SP08 features, is there's going to be improvement with SP08 regarding the time to transport flavors?
