Logs and Traces unavaialble after upgrading server from 7.4 to 7.5

hi experts,

Recently we upgraded our SAP Netweaver Enterprise Portal server from 7.4 to 7.5, but we are unable to see the logs and traces -> Developer Traces etc.. instead we are getting a blank page as shown below

As well as if we try logging again with an end User ID , at the portal server http://host:port/irj/portal

we are facing the below error.

Kindly help and do the needful.
