How to get the direct cost in KE24

Dear Team

Good day !

Directcost := Labour cost, contract labour,Process Time is following to COPA based on the sales QTY and values of the labour cost contract labour process time are following from the cost estimation value. but the actual of the labour cost , contract labour , process time are not showing in the COPA which is booked in the FI with activity cost center though we are doing SKF and KSU5 allocation still the values are not following how to get the actual Direct cost in KE24 please help.

Normally the direct cost for the product/service or I would assume it is cost of sales is coming from the SD flow. You can post from FI directly to COPA, please search the forum.

I cannot say if that is ok or not ok in your specific scenario as it depends on many factors...

Dear Paulo,

Yes ..currently the direct cost are coming based on sales QTY

like labour cost ,Processing Time etc. but this cost showing in the report is Planning cost from CK40N

not actual cost , currently actual cost are posting from FI .this cost need to be shown in the report.

You need to use KEU5 and not KSU5. KSU5 does not allocate to COPA.

Indirect cost will post from the KEU5.

Can we configure through FI when the post the Transction system should generate PA document

is that ok as per the costing ?
