Change the Length,Width attributes from Read only to Input enabled and Mandate

Hi

In my system, MDG Material creation screen , the material Length,Width, Height fields in Dimensions UIBB are now read only. I want to make these fields Input Enabled to the user and make it mandatory. I did not find any options to make it. How can I achieve this.

Is it possible that the settings at Material level are set in a way which are disabling the fields?. In the standard Config, i have never faced this issue pretty much in ECC and S/4(1610,1709,1809) till now.
