Hi
I am looking for step by step for reverse proxy setup for our external client to access the SAP BI Webi reports.
We have SAP BO 4.2 SP07 on windows using tomcat 8.
Please let me know which WAS should be install on separate server and configuration change to be done. which ports to use in SAP BO server.
If you can give me step by step procedure it will be great.
Thanks
Zafar,
This is a tough to answer within a step-by-step guide, each corporate network is unique. There are many questions that would need to asked / answered, such as:
These is question that needs to address by the network architect and infrastructure teams within your company.

Hi
We are using Window AD authentication. and there is Reverse Proxy rule already running on Webserver using IIS, Does BO 4.2 support IIS 10 as reverse proxy if yes, Can we use IIS on WebServer for Reverse proxy.
If not, Apache will be installed on this server what setting we need to make here. So that BO which on other server can communicate. We will give user the url and they can access from internet.
Thanks

This should be done by an IT or Network specialist, familiar with involved technologies and products.
It is not something that should be done ad-hoc, based on forum posts.
But you can start with Pattern books that have examples of similar deployments : https://wiki.scn.sap.com/wiki/display/BOBJ/Business+Intelligence+Platform+-+Pattern+Books+Index
And general info here : https://www.cloudflare.com/learning/cdn/glossary/reverse-proxy/
