SAP S/4 HANA Migration cockpit: issue with Staging table synchronization

Hello experts,

We are facing a issue, we are not able to synchronize staging tables using LTMC transaction. After clicking on start synchronization we are getting success message that "Staging tables and the migration object synchronized", but Migration status is still "Synchronization required" (as you can check in below screen shot)

And we found out that Staging tables are deleted from Database, and only definition is remaining in SE11 (as you can check below)

Due to this on opening Migration Structure linked to Staging table, we get Error 500.

Can anyone please help and let us know how we can solve this issue.
