Hi, Experts:

I created a multi-level BOM as following.

And I want to create a planing proposal (or production requests) which BOM is expand to end-level,

e.g: the input products are P100201, P100436, P100001, and the output is P100301

But I just could create a planing proposal which input products are P1000201 and P100505 as following.

If have any set up or solution to create production proposal with multi-BOM?

Best Regards,

Mola

Hi,

I think that if you want to manage only 1 production proposal, you have to create a single level BOM with all components and use Group ID "to identify" the semi-finished materials/hierarchy.

Hi,

My step is BoM > BoO > production Model > new planning proposal, and check the input products of planning proposal.

Now I try to run MRP with Multi BOM Level, then system produced a planning proposal of my finished product, which input products are still P1000201 and P100505.

I hope the input products are the end-level of BoM= P100201, P100436, P100001. I have try to assign the end-level materials into BoO, but the options of line item only contain the first-level of BoM=P100505.

My question is how to put the last level materials of BoM into the production proposal? Or I just could create a single level BoM that components are all materials without any hierarchy?

Hi,

have you created a Production Model for your finished product? Only the BOM is not enough. Create and release the Production Model and then execute a MRP run Multi level BOM.
