"condition base value" is not showing in vk11

Hi SAP experts

When I attempt to access the "additional data" in vk11 condition record, the fields "limits for pricing" are missing. I need to change the condition base value.

I tried changing the calculation type from quantity (still no luck) then to percentage (no change) and tried multiple condition types.

What am I missing?
