no possibility to view the document in QC52

I am trying to upload a document in SAP system in the transaction QC52,I did that but when I go back in the transaction there is no possibility to view the document.

Could you please help me to understand what is going wrong?

i have added doc through Edit-Archive original and attached the document and got the below message

Set 'Certificate status' manually
