Sourcing list blank

Hi All,

Am using SRM 5.0. I have a few purchase orders awaiting assignment to a vendor in sourcing, however when I go to sourcing I see no purchase orders even when I search for all purchase orders, not just ones in my purchasing org/group.

Hi Paula,

in Sourcing, you can only process unsourced SC, not incomplete PO.

So change your customizing to send such SC to the sourcing cockpit, otherwise they will create incomplete PO, that can be completed in "Process PO" transaction and not in "Sourcing" transaction.

Is this sourcing config only done in SPRO > SRM > Cross-Application Basic Settings > Sourcing > Define Sourcing for Product Categories? I have done that but the PO is still being created...

Hi Paula,

yes this is the only customizing point.

Use option 3 to send unsourced items to SOCO.

There is also the BADI BBP_SRC_DETERMINE to implement custom behavior that could override your customizing.

Take care about * values : standard behavior is not always clean when using such value.

I guess you mean shopping cart and not PO...

What is the shopping cart status that is supposed to be transfered in the sourcing cockpit ?
