How Can I create my own template for the Fast Data Entry?

I need your help, I am currently using the Fast data entry in the transaction ABZK to create accounting documents, but I have a problem because I only have prederteminated concepts to fill, but a need a extra ones like Profit Center or a Different amount for example:

I searched for options on ther Settings but I only have the next ones:

I still missing more concepts, Please I need your help.
