CR viewer for C++ application

My company develops a C++ application and currently uses the CR XI report viewer. A customer is worried because the file xerces-c_2_1_0.dll has vulnerabilities according to this security bulletin, which warns about "Apache Xerces-C XML Parser library before 3.2.1":

Is there a newer CR viewer for C++ applications that uses a newer/safer version of xerces-c_2_1_0.dll?

All CR .NET run time is now here:

It has a newer version of that file, read all of the info for SP 21.
