I want to replenish a picking bin in WM.
My pick bin holds less than a full pallet qty, so i want to trigger a replenishment from a full pallet to fill the pick bin and return the pratial pallet to bulk reserve.
Because the pallet QTY / Weight sexceeds the pick bin setting we are not getting a replenishment created when our replishment trigger is reached.
E.g. My pick bin holds 20 cases, my pallet is 100 cases, I want to replenish my bin when it gets to 3 from the full pallet of 100 and return the rest to a bulk reserve to be called later to further replenish as required.
