Dear Experts,
as described in the Integration Guide it is possible to hand over Information like the predecessor interaction to the Sales Team when a lead in SAP Sales Cloud is created from SAP Marketing Cloud.
That scenario is working very well.
Also a lead-score created by a user could be handed over.
The field is available in the structure for the mapping in the CPI. Of course the mapping is not available/done by default and we have to define it by ourselves.
The problem is that the score is missing in the outgoing payload:
The score is active, and is shown in the contact profile.
Also in the client-application of the score the "Augmented Lead-Context" is checked and the score is persisted.
Does anybody have an idea which step I'm missing? How can I get the Lead-Score of the contact in the outgoing payload when replicating leads from SAP Marketing Cloud to SAP Sales Cloud?
BR Tobias
Another strange thing: for the predecessor interaction it automatically sends the description (as "InteractionTypeName") in English even if I'm logged in in German.
Same problem for the interests which are assigned to the campaign. I think because of using languageCode "EN" it sends the interest description in English (which is not maintained in the system, so the ID is used).
How can I define which language is used?

Good Morning schneidert ,
our marketing department has the same demand, the lead scores from MKT Cloud shall be transported into the connected sales cloud system. In your first post you mentioned that hat standard instruction of lead transportation can be found in the Integration guide. The link you postet I cannot open. I have several integration guides on my local machine but I can´t find usefull information regarding that transportation in all of them.
Maybe you can help me out in which guide that connection is described?
Thanks in advance,
Lukas

Hi lukaswissing1,
here you can find the information regarding the augmented lead context
kunalkumar.bansal saurabhkabra2009 vervinckt.joyca hakan.kose
has anyone of you ever implemented that scenario and got it working or had the same problem?
I have actually no idea how to proceed further. Should I create an incident?

Hi Tobias,
Frankly speaking, once you enable "Augmented Lead Context" for score application then it should work fine and payload should carry score value to CPI.
On a side note, While creating a score you always need to assign a Segmentation profile to it. Do you know if this also has an impact like only those campaigns, which have a dynamic TG based on the segmentation profile used in the score, can carry such information from Mkt to CPI?

Hi saurabhkabra2009,
thanks for your answer. First I used a static target group and based on your answer I thought maybe that could cause the problem.
But now I created a dynamic target group using the same segmentation profile that is used in the score but unfortunately it has no impact.
The Score is still not delivered to CPI. I tried on another system and have the same problem.
Has anyone else already tried and successfully sent the Score from SMC to Sales Cloud?
BR Tobias
Any inputs on this?
