During DMO processes what are major crucial area needs to be focused (SAP ECC to SAP S/4Hana)

This is very difficult to remember all the phases during DMO phases which you don't perform on a daily basis.

I would like to know what are key areas needs to observe as a SAP basis Hana Admin during the SUM DMO process
