Reg Flat file loading some problem

Recently one disscussion is going on .my requirement is i need to put a delta for flat file.My client asked he will simply automate the process i.e he is updating his details in a single file with out changing the file name .And the he asked us to set as a deltaload.

My question is

How can we set init for flat files with out using ODS?

Is there any possibility to direct it cube.
