Hi Shreyash.
1. Could you check the SM21 log what is the RFC error? if possiable share the screenshot
2. On transaction code SCC4 have you enabled the ecatt & catt allowed in active client?

Hi,
You have to create a generic user to your target system and use this user details in the RFC which you create on the system where your eCATT reside. Other option will be create trusted RFC.Here validation happens if your user is Trusted user and accordingly its allowed to execute the script on the target system.
Other issue may be SCC4.You will see a list of all of the clients that have been set up in the system check ecatt & catt allowed.
