Hello,
We need of an access to SAP Business One Through Mobile so we bought the license for the SAP B1 App but we encountered a problem while setting up the devise.
We did the following steps but the error message underneath keeps popping up when we try to connect to the database :
The Certificate for this server was not issued by a trusted Certificate authority. the connection to the server is disabled.
The version we are currently using is not the one in the screen shot, we are using 1.2.13
1 - We created the certificate file through the BI framework and installed it in the device.
2 - We’ve set up the device as instructed in the manual, but without solution.
Regards.Hi,
After creating new certificate at B1if, did you restart Integration service? If not, that may be also a root cause 🙂
Regards,
Bala

Try to generate you certificate based on server IP and make sure same IP is used in SLD control center also.
